gym!

i kept to my promise and went to e gym today! so after neuroscience lecture,
i walked with amanda to her house,which was an half an hour walk btw.
rested, watched some tv for a while n we got changed.
it was nice, there was only this 1 malay girl using e treadmill there. so i got on e treadmill
n ran 2.5km. been an awfully long time since i ran seriously. i wasn't terribly tired after tt but got off to work on my biceps. gosh was it hard. so it was 45mins of pure exercise. i am proud of myself. n besides it was such a nice weather for a work out! so much sun n e weather was juz perfect, not cold at all.

we went back n had hot salami n melted cheese on toast for snack. yum. bummed ard a bit n we had to go back to uni at 4 for another psych lec. it was pretty boring so we ended up sleeping a bit haha. stupid andy didn't believe i went to e gym..(ah tts cuz he knows i'm lazy) n was squishing my arms.ya i noe its flabby bleahz. still tried to be funny to say its good wot, bai bai nen nen. arrggh.

on a side note, made a new discovery tt turned me off so bad. ewww. seriously, get a life.
